# Which batteries work with Craftsman V60?

> Only Craftsman V60 batteries. No brand or tested source we have found says another platform's pack runs Craftsman V60 tools, or that Craftsman V60 packs run anything else, so plan on one battery family.

## Exceptions inside the platform

- 2.5Ah V60 pack with the V60 mowers: works, but not recommended. [Source](https://chrisduke.tv/craftsman-v60-cordless-lawnmower) (secondary), read 2026-10-08.

"Confirmed" = the brand's own page says it; "reported" = a source says it, seen through search or a store page; "inferred" = worked out from evidence nobody states outright. PowerToolGrid does not list a fit it cannot source. [How we compare](https://powertoolgrid.com/how-we-compare/).
